Swim. Bike. Run. Have Fun!

  • Hey, I’m Duncan — an endurance athlete with a relentless drive to push limits and someone who’s discovered just how much life can change when you commit to something bigger than yourself.

Two years ago, I signed up for my first Ironman. I had no idea what I was really getting into—just a spark, a challenge, and a drive to test my limits. What followed was nothing short of a transformation, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.

Training for an Ironman isn’t just about early mornings and long training days. It’s about learning discipline on a whole new level. It’s about pushing through when every part of you wants to stop. It’s about redefining what’s possible.

Over the last two years, I’ve logged thousands of miles in the water, on the bike, and on the road. I’ve battled injuries, self-doubt, brutal weather, and more gels than any human should ever consume. But I’ve also had some of the most rewarding moments of my life—sunrises mid-ride, unexpected friendships with fellow athletes, and the quiet pride of finishing a session I didn’t think I could start. None of it would’ve been possible without the guidance and belief of my coach, whose support helped me rise to challenges I never thought I could overcome.

Ironman has changed my perspective on everything. I’ve learned how to suffer better. How to stay present. How to structure my life around what matters most. I’ve learned that growth doesn’t happen in comfort—it happens right on the edge of what you think you can handle.

This site is a space to share that journey. The highs, the lows, the training, the gear, the mindset, the mistakes, and the small wins along the way. Whether you’re training for your first race, chasing your next PR, or just curious about what it takes—I’m glad you’re here.

    Let’s go the distance.
